Because insurance coverage varies by individual plan, patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm acupuncture benefits, including copays, deductibles, visit limits, authorization requirements, and referral policies.

- Appointment length, services rendered, and reimbursement are determined by medical necessity, authorization requirements, and payer guidelines.
- Extended sessions or additional services may require self-pay and will only be provided with prior consent.
- Patients are responsible for verifying their own benefits. Assistance with eligibility checks is available upon request.
Motor Vehicle Accidents & Workers’ Compensation
For motor vehicle accident (MVA) or workers’ compensation claims, a medical referral is required prior to initiating care.
Self-Pay Options starting January 2026
For patients choosing to pay out of pocket, transparent pricing is offered with no hidden fees. Payment is due at the time of service.

- Initial Consultation (75 min): $160
- Acupuncture (45 min): $100
- Extended Acupuncture (60 min): $140
- Integrated Acupuncture (90 min): $220
- Restorative Acupuncture (120 min): $350
Microneedling
- Microneedling Initial (75 min): $300
- Microneedling Follow-Up (50 min): $275
A Good Faith Estimate is available for all self-pay patients in compliance with the No Surprises Act.

- Community Acupuncture: Sliding scale $30–$50
Community Acupuncture 2026
Community acupuncture will be offered Monday mornings and Friday afternoons in a comfortable group setting. Treatments will be provided on a $30–$50 sliding fee scale, allowing patients to choose a price that works for them.
Hardship & Reduced-Cost Care
A limited number of reduced-cost acupuncture appointments are reserved each month for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Requests are handled confidentially.
Barter / Trade
Barter or trade arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy
To maintain commitment to exceptional patient care, the clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. This policy ensures that your reserved time can be offered to another patient.
Cancellation Fees
- Regular Acupuncture: $40 for less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show
- Microneedling: $60 for less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show
Emergency situations are always considered.
